Alan Richard Brown tragically passed away at home on Boxing Day 2006 in Stockton on Tees, Cleveland.
Alan was a devoted Middlesborough fan, a season ticket holder. He also put all his effort into community football, he was a coach, manager and chairman of Stockton Town FC. His work led him to be given the the Grassroots Coach of the Year 2005 award, which highlighted his dedication to STFC.

2 years...
Its 2 years today since we parted My Alan, I went and left some flowers earlier. Ive relived that dreaded morning all day today, just like i do everyday. Tomorrow we have a memorial match for you at your new clubhouse at St Bedes. You will be looking down on us cheering the lads on as you used to do.
